Definition

How is a GHL theme different from a GoHighLevel white label?

In short

GoHighLevel’s white label swaps the logo and domain; a GHL theme changes the whole interface. The theme restyles the sidebar, header, cards, tables and buttons, so the account feels like your agency’s own system rather than a rebadged CRM.

Use both together: HighLevel’s white label for your domain and app name, and the customizer for everything people actually look at all day.

FAQ

Theme and dark mode questions

Pair your theme with a matching login page design, also in Essential Cover.

What is a GHL theme?
A GHL theme is a complete visual style for the GoHighLevel interface: sidebar colours, header, background, cards, buttons, tables and form fields. The customizer ships 27 of them, and each one can be adjusted with your own logo and colours.
Can I add a dark mode to GoHighLevel?
Yes. The customizer adds a dark mode that covers the interface your install line restyles. Every theme here can be paired with a dark mode switch from the UI kit settings, and 3 themes (Graphite Pro, Obsidian OLED and Midnight Mint) are built dark from the start.
What is the difference between a theme and a UI kit?
The theme sets the frame: sidebar, header, colours and background. The UI kit sets the furniture inside it: card shape, shadows, borders, buttons and table style. You can combine any of the 27 themes with any of the 11 kits.
Can the menu sit across the top instead of on the left?
Yes. 5 themes use a top-bar layout out of the box and 21 use a left sidebar; one places the sidebar on the right. You can also change the layout of any theme in the editor, and Full Cover adds mega menus and a floating quick menu.
Which themes suit an insurance agency?
Agencies tend to choose calm, high-trust palettes: Alpine Glass, Slate Corporate, Royal Navy and Gold, Forest Finance or Arctic Clean. Busy service desks often like Midnight Ember or Graphite Pro because a darker sidebar keeps the work area bright. The preview on this page lets you compare them on the same screen.
Will clients in sub-accounts see the theme?
Yes, anyone who logs in to an account that loads your install line sees it. With more than one workspace you can give each agency or sub-account its own theme.
What is privacy mode?
Privacy mode blurs contact names, emails and phone numbers on screen, which is useful when you share your screen on a demo or a carrier call. It is included from Essential Cover.
Can I change the theme after publishing?
Any time. Edit the design in the customizer and save; the change reaches GoHighLevel without touching the install line again. Saved versions let you go back if a colleague does not like the change.
